▶ Cancellation Policy 🌧️
The LATEST time to cancel is the day before your event, by 8am. If the cancellation is not made aware by this cutoff, the order needs to be paid in full and is non-refundable.
More than 5 days before event: eligible for refund
Within 5 days of event: deposit non-refundable but is held on file as a raincheck for future event
Day before by 8am: no payments are refundable and remaining balance is due
Third Party services such as face painting, balloon artists, magicians, event attendants, etc are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
▶ What's Included? 🎈
Setup, Teardown, and Pickup are all included in the price (inflatables only)! Our delivery team will come out with one 50ft extension cord, blower, and stakes or sandbags to secure the unit to the ground.

This slide is rated for one person at a time going down the slide and one person at a time on the stairs.

Enough space for us to setup your rental with a clear path to the set up location
Electric outlet within 50 feet of setup area
Water source and water hose within 50 feet of setup area (maximum 100ft). If you will not have your own hose, you can rent one from us for $25.
